Project Manager LATAM (all genders)

Your mission:

  • Coordinate the technical design and detailed planning of monitoring systems and feed-in management solutions for renewable energy projects.
  • Manage projects from order intake through implementation and final handover to the customer.
  • Ensure project scope, budget, timeline, and quality are tracked and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support change management activities during project execution.
  • Assist the Sales and Proposal Management teams during the quotation and bidding phase.
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical concepts, solution designs, and customer-specific proposals.
  • Support the preparation and review of project contracts with technical input.
  • Serve as a contact person for customers and ensure clear communication throughout the project.
  • Work closely with internal departments to support efficient project execution and customer satisfaction.

Your profile:

  • Degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
  • Professional experience in project management and/or industrial communication, monitoring, or control systems.
  • Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for solving complex engineering challenges.
  • Structured, independent, and proactive way of working.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a high level of ownership and initiative.
  • Confident decision-maker who takes responsibility and drives projects forward.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering sustainable customer value.
