Junior RMA Manager (all genders)

• You will manage customer complaints and coordinate the entire returns and RMA process.
• You will receive and inspect returned products and initiate the necessary follow-up actions.
• You will register repair requests with manufacturers and coordinate shipments and returns.
• You will work closely with customers and suppliers to resolve complaint cases efficiently and professionally.
• You will obtain and review repair quotations and coordinate the next steps with all relevant stakeholders.
• You will maintain accurate documentation of all activities in our ERP system and RMA tool.
• You will monitor deadlines, follow up on open cases, and ensure timely resolution.
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our service, returns, and complaint management processes.

• Ideally, you have previous experience in complaint management, customer service, technical support, or logistics.
• You are confident working with ERP systems and have a strong affinity for digital tools and processes.
• You have a structured, detail-oriented, and self-driven way of working.
• You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable interacting with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• You have strong organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
