- Technical support for projects in the field of BESS and hybrid systems throughout their entire life cycle
- Technical pre-sales and sales support, including direct technical customer contact
- Participation in customer meetings and technical coordination
- Active participation in commissioning, testing and acceptance (on-site and remote)
- Second-level technical support, including analysis and resolution of technical issues in the project and operational environment
- Conducting practical technical training for internal and external partners
- Establishing, documenting and further developing technical standards, processes and guidelines

Your mission:
Central technical role with close cooperation with technical management
Your profile:
- Technical training or degree (e.g. electrical engineering, energy technology, mechatronics or similar)
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of renewable energies (BESS, PV, charging infrastructure or similar energy systems)
- Good technical understanding of electrical energy systems (LV/MV), protection technology, grid integration and system interfaces such as inverters and EMS
- Experience or willingness to actively participate in commissioning
- Ability to analyse technical issues in a structured manner and communicate them clearly
- Customer-oriented approach in technical exchanges
- Good knowledge of German, English required for technical coordination
