- Designing and implementing core business processes (e.g., purchasing, sales, project management)
- Developing and introducing templates, guidelines, and standards for recurring processes
- Defining and implementing clear workflows for orders, deliveries, and internal coordination
- Independently coordinating purchasing and sales processes
- Ensuring efficient commercial processes in day-to-day operations
- Responsibility for accounting-related tasks (invoice verification, document management, preparation for tax advisors)
