We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to support our commercial activities in France. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for commercial inquiries, working closely with our Regional Sales Manager, Account Managers, and Business Development team to coordinate customer requests, maintain accurate data, and ensure opportunities progress efficiently.
You will become part of a small, international team where collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus are at the heart of everything we do.

Your mission:

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming commercial requests, including quotes, pricing, contracts, and customer follow-ups 
  • Support Account Managers and Business Development Managers with customer interactions and daily commercial activities 
  • Coordinate with internal teams and HQ to ensure timely responses and smooth execution of customer requests 
  • Prepare quotations and commercial documents using CRM and ERP systems 
  • Maintain accurate customer, contact, and opportunity information in Salesforce and other business tools 
  • Monitor Sales and Order inboxes, track open actions, and ensure effective follow-up 
  • Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes and customer experience 

Your profile:

  • First experience in sales support, customer service, administration, or a similar role is a plus 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks 
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate across departments 
  • Comfortable communicating directly with customers by email and phone 
  • Curious and able to quickly learn CRM, ERP, and technical tools 
Languages:
  • French: Fluent (essential) 
  • English: Professional working proficiency (written and spoken) 
  • German: Nice to have, not required
